About Emma

Emma Samuels MS Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist Emma Samuels MS RD

As a Registered Dietitian and mom of three boys, I understand the daily efforts and struggles surrounding food, both at home and out of the house.  Having years of first hand experience with young children and meals, including food introduction, picky eating behaviors, food & texture aversions, and overeating, I understand how something so sweet (i.e., eating together) can quickly turn sour.

Emma Samuels is a Registered Dietitian, mother of three, food lover, and fitness enthusiast. Starting her career in advertising and marketing, she soon realized that she wanted to make a more sustainable and transcending mark in the crazy world of communications. You can entice people to buy a car, but can you motivate and education them about being kinder to their body and their mind? Can you eat well to ward off disease, feel energized and not fall into the miserable trap of the yo-yo dieting world?

She received her Masters in Nutrition and Health Promotion at Simmons College, where she received an Outstanding Achievement Award. She completed her Dietetic Internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
